Turnkey Engineering Solutions provides specialist engineering management services for railway telecoms, control systems, and station/lineside SISS. Who we are
The business is led by Sean Doherty CEng, MIET, MIRSE, a Chartered Engineer with 20+ years’ experience across major UK rail programmes. Our approach is practical and delivery-focused: we work alongside project and delivery teams to keep scope clear, risks controlled and evidence complete — so that design and commissioning activities progress with confidence.
